Questions about the automation

How much does an automation cost?

An automation starts at US$1,500, plus maintenance from US$250 a month, and takes 2 to 3 weeks. Reference price as of October 2026; the final price goes in your proposal.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already use, as long as they can be connected: Google Sheets, your CRM or your payment platform. If you need a new tool, we’ll tell you before we start.

When do I pay for an automation?

A 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery, after you’ve seen the working demo.

Can you automate WhatsApp replies?

We don’t offer that at the moment. If your process runs through WhatsApp, we look at which parts can be streamlined without software replying to your customers on your behalf.

Where does AI come into an automation?

Where it adds value: for example, reading an order or an email and extracting the details. Everything else is integrations between your tools. AI never replies to your customers and never decides for your business.

How long does an automation take?

It takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the process. We give you the exact date in writing before we start.
