Privacy policy

We don’t sell your data, we don’t use advertising cookies and analytics only loads if you accept it. The details are below: what we keep, why, who we share it with and how to ask us to delete it.

Who is responsible for your data

CENTAURI, a marketing and software agency based in Pilar, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The website is centauriagency.com.

What data we collect

Only what we need, depending on what you do on the site:

  • If you write to us from the contact form: what you need, your name, your WhatsApp or email, when you need it and your message.
  • If you fill in the intake questionnaire: your contact details, your brand’s details and your answers about your business, your customers and your goals.
  • If you join the creator community: your contact details, your social accounts, your city and your age range. Also your creator profile, your niches, whether you accept gifted collaborations and, if you add them, your follower count and your rates.
  • If you book a call: what you enter in Calendly to book it.
  • If you message us on WhatsApp: your number, your profile name and the conversation.
  • If you email us: your address and your message.
  • If you hire us: your billing details.
  • If you accept analytics: which pages you view, where you came from, your device type and how long each page takes to load.

We don’t ask for sensitive data.

What we use it for

To reply to you, prepare a proposal and follow up on your inquiry. If you join the creator community, to contact you when a campaign fits your profile. Analytics tells us which pages are useful and which ones need work.

If you hire us, we use your billing details to issue the invoice required by ARCA, Argentina’s tax agency.

We do it because you asked us to (by writing to us, booking a call or joining the creator community) or because you accepted it (analytics).

We don’t sell your data or hand it over to third parties for their own use, and we don’t add you to any list unless you ask.

With the services we use to run the website and to handle your inquiries. Each one processes your data under its own privacy policy.

All of them store data outside Argentina, in the country shown on each row.

The United States and India are not on Argentina’s list of countries with adequate protection, so we ask for your consent each time you send a form.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. Until then, the site sends no requests to Google.

If you accept, Google stores its _ga cookies, which last up to 2 years, and we measure how long each page takes to load. We don’t use advertising cookies or the Meta pixel.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: for as long as the business relationship lasts and for any period the law requires. Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Each service on the list also keeps its own copy under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

We respond within the time limits set by Argentine Law 25,326: 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days to correct or delete data.

Access is free of charge once every six months, unless you show a legitimate interest in asking sooner.

The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

Security

Your connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS), and the site uses security headers that limit what each page can load. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in how the site handles your data, we update this policy and the date above.
